The original values in the first few columns are stated as we first did it.
The original formula was in "dollars per hour", but we all knew that was not realistic. (It was just to set some kind of proportions.)
The formula was $/hr = Guy 15, Ray 10, adults 8, kids .5, but limited by reality of property value.
The limitation of the property value is that we owned, max, 20% of Guy's 1/3 of a $10,000 piece of property, = $600.
This - $600 - is the value used in the "min val" column (your percent times $600). (This is just for entertainment.)
The value used column is the compromise we used. The $8 hours ended up being worth $2.17.
From now on we're using $3 for old pros, $1 for new guys and hoping it's realistic.
